Pricing questions
Is there a free plan?
Yes. The Free plan includes 3 research searches a month with full Opportunity Scores and break-even CAC estimates. No credit card is needed.
What counts as one research search?
Each research job uses one search, whether it is a keyword search returning many products or a single AliExpress product link. Your plan sets how many products each search can score.
What happens when I reach my monthly limit?
On Free, Starter and Pro Creator you can start new research again when your allowance resets next month. Agency keeps working past its 500 included searches at $0.20 per extra search.
Do unused searches roll over?
No. Monthly search allowances reset every month and unused searches don't carry over. Your saved products and past research stay in your account.
Can I cancel or get a refund?
You can cancel at any time and keep paid features until the end of the billing period. First-time subscriptions can be refunded within 14 days under the fair-use terms in our refund policy.
